Jenny Devine is an experienced leadership coach, is the owner of Jenny Devine Coaching and is one of a small number of certified coaches trained by Debbie Ford at the Ford Institute for Integrative Coaching (FIIC).
She was drawn to leadership coaching from her own experiences as a leader in the health sector for 14 years where she provided leadership to over 100 staff but with minimal training, coaching or mentoring in how to do it. Jenny realised that so many people are thrust into leadership roles without having support or guidance and knows the personal toll it can take.
Combining this hands-on experience with the training from the FIIC, Jenny has a 16-week phone-based coaching program, “Essentials for Extraordinary Leadership”. This program, available world-wide, helps people strengthen their internal compass, their beliefs, confidence and self-esteem which then prepares them for leading others. This makes the function of leadership more enjoyable and more successful for the leader and their team.
