The Essentials for Extraordinary Leadership Coaching Programme is based on the work of Debbie Ford, the New York Times best-selling author, film producer and founder of the Ford Institute for Integrative Coaching. Essentials Coaching derives from her most recent books, The Right Questions, and The Best Year of Your Life. Ford developed this work out of her passionate desire to support individuals in their journey to self-leadership, the first step in making one of the greatest contributions in life; that of being an extraordinary leader to others.
